★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought furniture 8 weeks ago. At the time of purchase I was told it would take up to 4 weeks for delivery, which sounded reasonable. The communication since the time of purchase has been very poor, I have tried contacting Freedom Albany on numerous occasions to try and understand what was happening and why there was a delay. They they unable to provide me with any explanation or whereabouts of the furniture. It has taken 8 weeks in total for them to be able to provide me with a delivery date, in another 2 weeks which will be a total of 6 weeks overdue. At this point I am still sceptical if that timeline will be met, and have not received any attempt of making amends from Freedom. Based on their communication and very lose delivery times I would not recommend Freedom Albany.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered bookshelves from this shop and paid the expensive price (about 10% of the purchase) for the delivery. One day before the assigned day of the delivery, we called the shop to ask why we haven't received their call yet, and they said that they don't have our order on their delivery list. So now we have to wait for one extra week because the sales manager of this store doesn't perform his duties, that we paid for. I am so disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lack of effort out in by the staff is incredibly disappointing, and it has caused me so much wait over the course of almost a year. I’ve had to wait over two months to not even receive an email back regarding the poor quality of the furniture I ordered. You can see how bad the quality is from my photos below. Today I phoned the customer service, and they told me that the lady is going to phone me back after her lunch break. It has been three hours now and NO phone calls have been returned at all.

Its ridiculous why ONLY FREEDOM furniture is impacted by covid while Ive got all my other furnitures from elsewhere delivered in time. Worst experience ever, sick of waiting and waiting for the furniture I bought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting for 7 months for our $4,500 lounge suite, it arrives and it's faulty so after viewing another one in store which they had two of, they would not let us have it and said we have to wait another 6-7/months. The staff at Albany do not care about their customers at all amd just pass you to customer service ( which will never answer or get back to you) I would suggest going to a different supplier

Paid a 50% deposit and waited over 5 months for a $5000 piece of outdoor furniture. Nearly had it all lined up to be delivered which it wasn't so I followed up yet again as freedom never let you know about delays unless you call !!!! And the response was sorry there is another 1 month delay, 6 months later and we still don't have the furniture.
