β β β β β My friend and I stayed here while doing the Hauraki Rail trail. Outstanding hosts and great sense of humour. The cheese board and beer were fantastic after 45km of cycling and breakfast the following morning was the perfect filling meal for another big day of cycling. The feijoa jam was delicious! Our bikes were safely stored overnight and brought out for us the next morning. Thanks again!

β β β β β Stayed here for about two weeks for business reasons. the room is tidy clean. don't be afraid about the Shared bathroom. there are plenty showers and toilets. someone keep it clean all the time.
both downstairs and upstairs has coffee areas for self serving coffee,&tea cold water and hot water. also someone always watching to keep the water bottles full.
Breakfast served with egg and bacon, self serving toasts. filter coffee or whatever drink you like. orange juice? yep they have.
big living room, play pool, card game and watching TV.
beautiful garden, cute cat.

β β β β β Highly recommend this lovely BnB with so much attention to detail. Meticulously clean and super comfortable beds. The hosts were warm and easy to chat to and went above and beyond trying to make us and our daughter comfortable. Wonderful breakfast, beautiful garden, cute cat, can't fault anything :) Would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

β β β β β Felt very welcome. Room was comfortable clean and we'll presented. Bathroom facilities where exceptionally clean. The breakfast in the morning was the best. I really enjoyed my stay in this historic building and would highly recommend it

β β β β β This B&B is my new favourite. Planning to return before the end of summer. Such a lovely couple running venue, breakfast was great, room was large and homely. Awesome value for money. Everything was as advertised (no hidden surprises), I particularly enjoyed taking in the late night summer air with a cuppa on the balcony.

β β β β β A real treasure of a place! A beautiful old building, lovingly cared for by the neat hosts, (and sweetheart of a cat!).
Quiet yet close to town, and in the heritage area. Don't let the communal bathrooms put you off this experience, it is a joy to stay in. We will definitely be back.
A very satisfying breakfast too!

β β β β β Stayed here on a whim while on a massive cycle tour and too tired to camp and I'm so happy I did. Absolutely stunning heritage building, meticulously clean, comfortable room and the owners are super welcoming and attentive. Amazing breakfast in the morning too and a great chat about bikes. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back the next time I pass through Thames.
