I asked if I could get them anywhere else
I was told they were the only place in Upperhutt
Not true Queen st had them
The crutches were for a friend
They were the under arms sort
You had none in stock and the young lady with long hair said you were the only outlet in Upperhutt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely ladies.. my daughter had a huge sty and it was the 3rd in 3weeks,it kept swapping eyes... called the doc and 2other pharmacy's. Everyone said to use a warm compress but no one would help any further..called Lagans and they asked to see her.. they treated her with lasers,and gave us the antibiotic cream she desperately needed... amazing people,saw a child in need and went the extra step.. they will be my only go to pharmacy from now on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today to have my 3 month old daughter's ears pierced.
I had this done before with my oldest daughter. In Auckland. They used anaesthetic gel, two staff members pierced at the same time, no problems, over in a few seconds and barely any crying.
At Lagans they only use one staff member to pierce both ears at the same time and no anaesthetic gel.
The staff failed to completely pierce one ear lobe and pierced the other one way off the mark.
After she finished piercing the ear lobe she had originally failed, we pointed out that they didn't look symmetrical, the ear lobe she had pierced on the first try was pierced off the pen mark and looked bad, but she was very insistent that it was OK and that she had intentionally pierced off her pen mark, it was all part of the plan to intentionally pierce to the side of the mark on that ear lobe only...
We went away but came back later and asked her to fix it and she insisted that she was trained and knew what she was doing until a manager showed up and asked her to fix it.
Then when she was about to fix it she said "I'm sorry baby, this is going to hurt A LOT"...
Well yeah, maybe do your job properly so that my baby doesn't have to suffer through FOUR piercings...
