★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand how I can get great service one day, and terrible the next, but it happens with this place often. A few weeks ago I waiting in store for 45 minutes for a script, and i overheard staff saying I'd been waiting a while and they still didn't click that they'd filled my script and put it on the shelf, even when I asked about it they just told me to wait. A younger staff member was eating something and serving me at the same time. Yesterday I picked up a script and had great customer service from an older woman. Today I came in to ask for assistance from a pharmacist for bad back pain and the pharmacist said she was busy and i was told too wait, then the pharmacist started playing with someone's baby (yes, an infant baby!) behind the counter as I waited. I had to leave because I was on my lunch break which was nearly over! Now I'm at work with bad back pain and also I won't be coming back, cheers guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I find this place very good and all staff are professional but today I called to try and clarify something with my prescription but the lady who answered was very rude and really unhelpful and very snarky plus she didn’t even try to answer any of my questions (it was a yes or no question)and she said I should of asked when I was there? I’m very young and I supposed to know what medicine can or can’t have at the same time. I am very upset still. And super annoyed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a blood pressure machine at home but unfortunately it didn’t work so I want to this pharmacy to get it quickly checked. Although me and my family are a regular client here, I’ve been told to come back two days later, which is a joke. Never ever coming back here again.
