★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a beautiful spot to visit and enjoy. Has tables, seats and even a BBQ set up. Also has toilets available. Make sure you have some sandals or water shoes to make life easier when swimming and running around on the lakefront

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful picnic lunch with my family beside the lakefront. There are a couple of tables beside the lake. The wind was gusty that day, but the view makes it all worth it. Would try to find another time to go to the spot for lunch again. This spot is a close 15 minutes drive from Wanaka town, so do come by if you are around Wanaka.
