★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this business. Failed to find faults that meant we were driving a dangerous vehicle. When confronted the owner dodged any responsibility and looked to shift blame onto us at every opportunity - he has failed to even offer as much as an apology, which is all we had hoped for after saying we weren't even wanting a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How these people sleep at night is beyond me. Had my car for four hours for a w o f plus change of oil and filter.Charged $287.00 claimed it took two hours,one bulb$28.00. They tell you to go away and they will call when it is ready. This obviously so you can not see what they do. How do companies like this survive,not with repeat business obviously..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakdown service via aa. Thank you Richard. Blessing in the night. Broke down waikato motorway just past Cambridge off ramp @ 9pm. Heading to Tokoroa. Richard to the rescue... I know others were involved in tow and repair, thanks too. A true gentleman as my dad would say. Safety was paramount for my sister and I. Dropped us off at motel fixed the car the next day. Had a courtesy car available so we could complete our mission. Open about cost of repairs. Highly recommend.

I spoke to woman in office I was wanting a price for a battery for my car she passed me on to a nice helpful guy with a ancient but he was unsure if you accepted winz payment card. I was handed back to her and she was rude and would not listen.
I know this is a difficult time and it is made even worse by people like her. To have someone try to make me feel dumb and insufficient was disgusting and disrespectful I hung up and rang a business just down the road who went above and beyond.
