We rang them 3 months ago to fix our washing machine.They came for 10mins said it needed a new circuit board we agreed to go ahead with the quote then we had to keep on calling them to see what was happening(in the mean time I'm having to go to the laundromat as my family of 6 obviously needed washing done)no communications from them at all! Finally we rang them and said forget it we will buy a new one! I waited 3 months! Then today I get a $90 bill simply for them coming to look at it which they expect to be paid in 7 days! The worst service I've ever had spend your money somewhere else.only gave it 1 star because you have to give something.

a call out to check any issue's is $95 to be paid when they attend to give you any idea of issue's with the product and no guarantee they can fix the problem and if it's repairable you pay that cost.
not sure if there is another fee for call out to repair the issue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took our freezer in which has just randomly stopped working... they couldn't find anything wrong with it - fair enough. Went to pick it up and it had been backed into and had a dent in the front of it - they tried to make it right by offering our money back - as if the cost of repair would be far greater so they agreed to repaired and repaint the damage. We have just gotten it home to find now the wheel is missing off the base and the bracket is damaged - making it no longer sit level. We rung up to talk about this and their response was I probably damaged it in transit or took it off the back of the Ute. I disputed this and they simply said "Its their word against ours", accepting take no fault. Well... it had a wheel when it left our house and was level with no dents! Frankly very disappointed for a long standing HB business. The lady on the phone was rude, and a very poor example of customer service. Now I have a freezer with 3 wheels propped up with a piece of wood. I wouldn't use Lange's ever again nor would I recommend! Thanks a lot Lange's Negative 10 Stars!
