★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting laser hair removal done here for a while now but yesterday I came in to get my lip fillers done and had an absolutely amazing experience. Rachel the nurse was fantastic and has done an amazing job. I was nervous about the pain but she helped me through it and kept me calm the whole time. Would definitely recommend her and all the fantastic staff in this clinic. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't fool in their alwayes discounted price. After discount it's just a bit less than others competitors and the service they offer (talking about hair removal) has basically zero output.
I had hair removal experience almost 8 years ago overseas and after a few sessions the result was so amazing. I attended 4 sessions here, they ask you to book your next appointment in a short time so you never understand the result. after session 4 I waited for a bit longer to see if I'm getting any result
I can tell you absolutely to changes in my hair volume (a very tiny) when I told them they said you have to attend at least 10 sessions to get %80 of your hair removed. and they said people are different and you may not get this result even after 10 sessions. but we can only offer you any retreatment if you fully attend 10 sessions.
This is not acceptable for me, as I had tried it before amd I know what should I expect based on my skin color and my hair.
I believe their equipments and their expertise are really below standard.
You just waste money and time and expose yourself to a useless laser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff and good experiences with my appointments, but the laser hair removal only worked while I was getting it. After I finished the series of treatments, the hair grew back and it was impossible to tell that I'd ever got laser hair removal. Even within the limitations I was warned about, the results were so disappointing that I would never do it again. It might work for you or it might not. You might just be throwing money away.

I bought a microneedling session online and when I rang them to book it I was told that it was a requirement to buy more than a hundred dollars worth of their products. I’ve done this treatment before in NZ and overseas and I know for a fact it’s not the case.
I wanted my money back. No chance, the best they can do is a gift card. Last email was ignored and the replies to other reviews here reveal a pattern of defensiveness and disregard. Scammy business model: plenty of better options in Wellie, go somewhere else.

If I could move my rating to zero or less I would. As mentioned in my original review, I had successfully received this treatment before and knew what to expect, therefore I did not have a consultation. When I asked the therapist how many treatments she thought I would need on the very small area of pigmentation she said ‘one or two’ which was my expectation also. I can now see that if she had treated the entire small area (keeping in mind that I paid to have a whole quarter of my face treated) rather than doing one un-noticeable zap with the laser, I would be able to notice a difference, as has been the case previously. As for the $59 cream I was conned into purchasing I didn’t bother using it as there was no need. Also noticed the active ingredient is Witch Hazel which you can buy in the Chemist Warehouse for $10. I hope this will help the next unsuspecting person who genuinely believes they are paying for a quality service.
I have had this treatment before at the predecessor clinic (Courtney Cosmetic). It worked well and I knew what to expect, however my experience last week was disappointing and a total rip-off. I had a fingernail sized area of pigmentation on one cheek so booked a quarter face which appeared to be the cheapest option. I got it for half price (if I had paid full price I would be even more furious right now) although clearly half price equated to half a treatment - one zap of the laser. I was then ‘convinced’ that I would need a $59 tube of cream for the ‘burning, swelling and redness’ which obviously didn’t occur due to the lack of appropriate treatment. One week on the treated area looks exactly the same as it did before I spent over $100 at this clinic.
