β β β β β Fantastic service - Super friendly, clean and tidy. We had a leaking sink - came and repaired the job on the same day. Advised the drains were a little blocked and even came back a week later to put down more drain cleaner to ensure everything is still working well and the drain is well cleared. Once the job was finished he even left everything clean and tidy - we literally did not have to do anything. Quick, professional and friendly service - 5 stars!! :)

β β β β β We had a leak on the pipework from the hot water cylinder which turned out to be just two fittings that needed to be slightly tightened. One was tighten on the first visit and I tightened the other one as we were going into a weekend and couldn't wait for the plumber to come back. No leaks after that. Plumber turned up late the following week even though he really wasn't needed to just check there were no more leaks (He had rung first to say he needed to do a compression test which wasn't true as he didn't do one). We were charged for 2 hours 50mins $258.75 for the two visits, for just tighten up one fitting and a 12 minute drive from Richmond. We paid the bill but we will NEVER employ them again.
