Aramex is the worst courier service ever. Sent parcels to customer from Auckland to Nelson, one parcel has been out with them for 7 days and still no sign of when it will be delivered and where exactly it is. Customer service replied and said just go to pick it up from their depot as its " only 15mins anyway". Went to their depot, poor lady couldn't locate the parcel but said it would go on the delivery on the day. Nope...no sign of the parcel delivery and no word can be trusted. Highly unrecommended!

I sell my products on line and have used Fastway/Aramex Couriers since the inception of my business in 2009. With 35,000 positive feedbacks says it all really about the service of getting my perishable and fragile parcels delivered safely, and reliably all over New Zealand. There has been one only claim during this time, which was settled very quickly and efficiently. The Collectors Corner - Nelson

Apparently all the service staff are busy on other calls! I find it amusing that the phone message says service. Zero service absolutely slack. One call that I did get answered the female didn't sound as I'd she cared at all. Never again will I use Aramex.

Waiting for a parcel to be delivered to our daughter... apparently it got delivered 22 November, it is now 9 December. I rung Fastway (Aramex)…. they stated it was delivered to Tahuna, as it was address to Tahuna. We tracked it down... and the receiver did get it, and it clearly states Motueka!! The receiver also gets parcels for the similar address, but in Amberley. And we have received a parcel for Tahuna. So I believe that this company is totally useless 100%!!

Worst courier service!! Can't get through to their customer service, logged an email query and unresponsive. Package was picked up and status says at Auckland depot for 2 weeks now! DO NOT CHOOSE ARAMEX AS YOUR COURIER SERVICE - YOU WILL LOOSE CUSTOMERS!

22/12/21 Update: Thought I would try them again just in case this was a one off....but no they lost that package as well. 0 Stars October 22 - Parcel Collected and scanned. Nov 5th - Recipient advises it's not arrived (Nelson to Blenheim). Check tracking and the one and only scan is when courier collected it. No scan into or out of local Stoke depot. Call Stoke depot, no answer, leave msg on machine. 8th Nov - Not heard back so called a few times before someone answered. Person on phone instantly blamed Blenheim branch. They claim it is not at their depot so must be in Blenheim. Recipient goes to Blenheim depot who advise they don't have it and points out it was never scanned out of Stoke. Nov 10 & Nov 11 - made calls to try and get an answer and they finally admit it has been lost. Nov 18 - Aramex head Office send email with wrong insurance paperwork for claim (with a clause in it claiming I only have 30 days from sending a parcel to making a claim. I assume this to be a bad joke from Australia as no law in NZ allows this). Nov 19 - Email reply advising they sent wrong paperwork. December 2 - (today) After 3 emails requesting the correct paperwork still no reply or correct paperwork received. So it's now 6 weeks since it was sent, nothing delivered and no response from Head Office regarding the insurance claim. FYI I'm not sure what they actually did during the "investigation" but when I chatted the the courier who collected it he said nothing had been mentioned to him. Personally I would have thought that would be the first to talk to?? Yes these guys are cheap but like all cheap things you pay for it in some way.

Why ask for delivery instructions when the drivers don't read them. Simple request ignored and parcel thrown under the letterbox beside the footpath. Even sticking it in the letterbox would have been a plus

Terrible service and customer service. They never respond to emails and parcels get lost. Should've been only 2 days for delivery, now 11 days later and still no sign of shipment and no response.
