★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to spend two weeks in isolation at the Four Points hotel after arriving in NZ from abroad, so thought I'd give the laundry service a try since you get two bags of ten items each free. I sent four t-shirts, two pair of yoga pants and one pajama bottom. They came back within the two days promised, but they had a weird smell and felt slightly damp. It was obvious they had been hung on an outdoor line because there was a slight curry smell and they had wrinkles that would have easily come out had they been dried in a dryer.
Experiment done and I'll wait until MIQ is done before I wash my own clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were used as a hotel laundry vendor - sent away a shirt for a clean and it came back with every single button melted! Never in my life have I seen a dry cleaner literally melt every single button on a long sleeved shirt before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was our default dry cleaners for many years. No concerns. Recent staff changes seemed OK as well. Took a very well tailored, high quality fabric Italian jacket to be dry cleaned for the first time. Impeccable condition. Returned to us washed, dried and ironed. On first look, all was fine, but discovered a hole on the back (from ironing). The jacket cannot be repaired because the burned spot is too obvious - shoulder blade. Another grey jacket's shoulder also burned. Staff didn't mention either damage or apologise. We've moved to another business.
