Lauren made the whole process super easy with constant communication, giving us the latest updates and answered any questions we had along the way. She was always available to chat or email or catch up if we needed it, and the advice that we received was at a personal and in-depth level. Checking in with my partner and I on a regular basis, Lauren negotiated competitive rates to make sure we were all on the same page and we received the outcome we were looking for.

She kept us updated constantly, even when there was no news, so we were constantly aware of what was happening. She's amazing at what she does and if I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Lauren worked tirelessly until she found a financial solution and during that process was affable, quick to respond, unendingly patient and always the quintessential professional as she negotiated my somewhat complex situation with various lending institutions. Even after her role in the process had officially ended, she was on hand to answer questions and check that the deal was being completed in a satisfactory way. I would definitely recommend Lauren to anyone who is wanting to find the best financial solution going forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First home sounds exciting but when coming to actual process it is not, different businesses different ways or procedures. We are based in Whakatane due to work and we wanted our first home in Auckland, we were told by many it is not possible that's when we met Lauren through a sales agent and she was amazing, everything was online - super easy ? She got our loan approved with no questions asked. She even helped us find a good property as in if the property will be accepted by bank or not, areas with school zones, whom to go for legal advise, the type of property we should go for. She made our first home process special and smooth, surely recommend her to first home buyers or for investment property ?

She really looks into every option for you so that you make the best decision for you and your future. Nothing is too much trouble and she is always prompt in her responses which makes things so much easier when you are doing financial dealings at what can often being a highly stressful time. She always keeps everything moving very efficiently. She is so professional but with a really friendly and approachable manner and never makes you feel like you are a bother.
