β β β β β The staff are very respectful and friendly and the optometrist was very kind, They are also very open about offering to work around payments that worked for me understanding not everyone has the funds all at once. I would highly recommend. I will add aswell they are honest when helping you choose the right glasses to suit your face, Which I loved as i knew they actually wanted to help me rather than just sell the most expensive or just any pair of glasses.

β β β β β Best service Iβve received! Thank you Roei for an emergency assist. My only pair of glasses broke midst L4 lockdown, and I had no more contact lenses as an alternative. He came to my saving by only asking for my prescription and pick of a style on the website. Within 24hours I had a new pair delivered to my home! On top of that itβs great quality! THANK YOU! Highly recommend

β β β β β Quality is bad for its price. Service is not good either. They were not accommodating. This is the second time this specific frame broke after having it for just over a month. The hinge keeps breaking. Had my first frame replaced to $20 at Sylvia Park but the dude at Newmarket was charging me double. When I told him about this he said the he canβt do it for the same price. I just donβt understand why because when we had our eyes checked at Sylvia Park, they referred us to Newmarket Ophthal. I would understand if they were from different branch and doesnt operate together.

β β β β β I would recommend buying your glasses here they do great deals unlike other places. Also the customer service was excellent especially Sumit from the New Market branch he had great product knowledge and really made sure everything went smoothly.

β β β β β Definitely donβt recommend coming here to get glasses. They definitely gave us the run around. The kiosk is perfectly fine but the store itself definitely has room for improvement. Every time I went they were closed because they were on break but didnβt leave a note or the store was open but no one inside to serve me. Or employees would constantly be talking on the phone making personal phone calls while Iβm standing there waiting to be served. They also promise that youβd get your glasses within 2 weeks but itβs been over a month now and we still havenβt received our glasses or even a courtesy email to inform us that our glasses are delayed due to covid. Also refused to give us a refund. Management needs to be improved as well as provide employees with training on customer service

She's so friendly and professiona, staff Kiara really friendly and super helpful too. The price is good and can also get free eye test if purchase the glasses in store. Highly recommendedοΌ

β β β β β All downhill after we paid for my wifeβs glasses. The lens was not done correctly and we were told the frame we chose is too thin for her prescription after we received the glasses! We are waiting for them to correct the lens and give us a proper pair of glasses we paid for. Itβs been a month now and still no contact from them. As the old saying goes βYou buy cheap, you buy twiceβ
