People with health problems
Should Avoid this store
Because they don’t care about ur health
They need too learn better customer’s service skills
The queen street branch is much more friendly !
The store is lovely
however ? I love the old charm
It’s a

They also stand around and don’t help you
They just harass people !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy a wallet as a gift, was looking at the wallet with inside the box where you have to get staff to open it. Staff wasnt welcome and when i asked for it he keep looking at me while im checking what inside the wallet how its look. Queen street branch staffs are 100 percent better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling as always! Followed around the store by staff who presumably thought we were stealing - glared at by almost all workers there. The only worker who spoke to us was unfriendly and pointed us to the sale section of jewellery... Must be in the training manual to racially profile and make assumptions on who can and can't afford their goods. Came specifically to buy Tom Ford Lost Cherry perfume - took my money elsewhere after such an unwelcome reception. Will never step foot in here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW is all i have to say! I haven't been in this store for a few years, but popped in today. What a fantastic shake up, such a great range of garments and 'art piece' like home ware! I would recommend popping in if you want a unique functional piece for your home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store yesterday and was greeted by two lovely saleswoman who helped direct me to the jewellery area. However, when I needed help I asked one saleswoman who was less than helpful. I asked for a specific designer and she said they don’t have this but have others and tried to show me these instead. I then asked if it was available at the Queen st store and she said she would look, but instead took her time at the computer and went online to show me other items from that designer. She then finished by not helping me find the item and recommended that I call them instead as this would be easier. Queen st on the other hand were very willing to help.
