★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought one Dior lipstick #999 from this store as my wife`s birthday gift on 23rd Dec 2019.
However, she already has a same one. So we tried to exchange or refund the new one.
But they don`t allow it. The reason is a little scratch. That is too ridiculous.
We already have one, we don`t need to use it, even open it. So how can we scratch it??
So I think the one I bought, it already scratched. Or when the saleswoman showed it to the manager of Life Pharmacy Sylvia Park, she scratched it, because we didn`t follow her when she went to see the manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was approached by 4 different employees (one of whom approached me twice) to see if I needed assistance while I was browsing. This was within the space of a 5 minute visit. I understand it may have been a slow day but this was just annoying. Won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was served by an extremely RUDE Indian old lady, the rude customer service was definitely not needed oky. HUMBLE yourself, we are on the same pay rate. She did too much and overall poor customer service from her . I walked in as a customer genuinely looking for a perfume to try on however in a uniform that seemed to be “competition” for her, as if her father is the one who owns the store and instantly asked me why?!? in a rude tone no warm greeting whatsoever and I told her it’s for myself and asked that I wanted to try on my skin she questioned it and started saying why for ? “So u can come steal our customer”? No old lady there is no need for me to go out my way to attract or “steal” your customer from the life pharmacy store . The company I work for is doing extremely successful on their own honey. Don’t be BITTER. If youre jealous just say that. she barely even sprayed on my skin then I walked away and went to another lady who was much more helpful than that toxic bitter worker. After that rude encounter defs will recommend customers and my coworkers elsewhere.

I was attended by such a cheerful person with a smile on a face.
What else do we need during this rough covid period. I went to pick my husband's medicine which i was supposed to pick from chemist warehouse sylvia park but they couldn't find my prescription which my GP later on referred to to life pharmacy and i got my prescription immediately. Im very disappointed by chemist warehouse sylvia park as my husband had to wait for his prescription for a day but it never came through at chemist warehouse sylvia parks system and it went through life pharmacys system immediately. How efficient is that.
Im very impressed with life pharmacy but very disappointed by chemist warehouse sylvia park. Well done life pharmacy
