★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really horrible haircut. The stylist had no idea what she was doing and cut a large chunk of my hair off leaving it uneven, and it’s not possible to fix it. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to get my dead ends removed but with Resh’s opinion and encouragement to try something different I got the front of my hair styled and I absolutely love it! Yes I lost some length but that will always grow back and when it does, I’m opting to get long layers - thanks to Resh! Absolute delight and I hope she’ll be there the next time I get my hair done :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible. wait time doesn’t work and get a text saying to come to the shop because it’s almost time then you end up waiting for almost an hour in the chair. the hairdresser asks you what you want and then proceeds to tell you that you can’t have it because they think it won’t look good. i know my hair and what looks good and you don’t. now i have the worst haircut ever and she took so much of the length off so now i can’t even get it fixed and have to wait for months to get back to what i had before. so disappointed will never go back here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I showed the stylist 4 photos of a similar haircut I wanted and received a haircut that was completely different and not like anything I asked for. I explained how I wanted it short above my ears and then longer in the back and pointed out in the photo how I wanted the front, and my hair is completely different. Way shorter then I asked for so I cannot do anything to fix it, looks nothing like how I wanted. when she was cutting she didn’t ask me how long or short I want any part of it just cut it off too short before I could say anything. Very disappointed in my hair cut today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my haircut done by Tash, she is exceptionally lovely and very helpful in talking about which hair products/treatments you should be using. I also loved how she tells you where to cut and continues to talk you through the whole process. It made me feel very secure and confident in what she was doing. I'm so happy with my cut and I cannot wait to go back again :D
