★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered light fittings in Sept. None in stock so will be ready late Oct. Oct ran into Nov, Dec and now late Jan I have just picked them up. I have always been informed of the delay but on the off chance they could of arrived called in at the shop. There they were. Light fittings transferred from another shop. Not in a container, not on a ship. Lovely staff. poor service. Won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second to none service! Has a faulty ceiling fan and staff took me through the process to determine what issue was. Proactive contacting and advice in the end replaced fan with no problem. Will now only buy lighting from this Whangarei team?
