★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited World of Decor yesterday. The service was exceptional. She was well informed, friendly and helpful. She cleaned both the bowl and item of furniture we bought before we left. We enjoyed looking around the eclectic mix of items. A great range of furniture too. We will return.

The owner of this shop emailed me to say she would not honor trademe terms of NZ law re my winning the auction and if I wanted the basin, I needed to pay her $110 more than I won it at. I drove to Whangarei and paid her the money and took the basin. The owner assaulted me, kicked and punched my car because I would not pay her more than my winning bid. I would not step into this crazy ladies store. No integrity, no respect and not in control of her emotions or behaviour. An absolute disgrace of a human! I had my son video shop owners assault on me whilst walking out of shop carrying basin, as well as throwing herself to the concrete whilst I had two arms carrying my bowl. Camera on street outside shop showing shop owners hollywood act, and screaming and damaging my car. Car photographed by panel beater today. i phoned the police from the store prior to uplifting my already paid for property. Reported to Comerce Comission, and to police for assault and willful damage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The benefits of purchasing from Nz company is they have empathy. I said it was for my grand daughters 1ST birthday. And It even stated that on package for courier driver. And it came sooooooo quickly. And it's very much a beautiful gift.
