★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for an acrylic infill whilst travelling in NZ and came across Lily's.
My nails were done quickly but with care and have come out a beautiful shape, I'm very happy with the result.
The shop is a little worn, not unusual for a budget salon, but the staff were warm and friendly. Nearly $20 cheaper than the quote I got from a salon in Queensgate. Good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to change my review to one star. I used to go all the time and never had a problem. Last few times the service has slipped. Today, I went in for a gel mani pedi. They took so long to attend to me that I had to go before doing anything except the mani gel takeoff and having my feet soaking that whole time. The person there charged me $15 for the takeoff (even though there was still a lot of gel stuck to my nails), and $5 for having my feet soaking for the 30 minutes I was waiting for someone to come attend to me. On top of that, my partner got a pedicure, which was fine, but didn't get massaged or the moisturizer. But of course still charged full price. New management is getting desperate and it shows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fingers are wounded cause the lady who did my manicure wasn't looking at what she's doing. Had to attended an event with bloody fingers as they wouldn't stop bleeding. The customer services isn't good as well.
Terrible place. Wouldn't give 1 star if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long wait even though it was a booked appointment. Very disappointed with the service today. Took over 3.5 hours for pedi and SNS with pedi taking the longest, as walk-ins took priority?? Nail technicians are great and doing their very best, but the manager is very unprofessional and only after your money.
Raised time issue with the manager but without apologising she said ‘hard customer and extensions’ so had to wait ??? What the heck! B***H, I’m paying ($130) for the service, what do you mean hard customer? Get a grip! How do I become a hard customer when I haven’t even had anything done yet!
At least notify your customers there is a long wait time instead of just expecting customers to understand. Stop putting walk ins as a priority over booked appointments! Stop overbooking your staff, they deserve better!
Basically this is a place which works their staff to the bone under pressure and does not give a hoot about their customers. You do not deserve to be open if all you care about is your bank account!
Will not be going back again and DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! There are plenty of other places, so shop around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment was at 5.30 however the place was not well managed and i had to sit there waiting to be served.
One person prepped my nails which was good however the painting started at 6pm. The technician was in a rush. Filed my nails after applying all the coats. Shape was not symmetrical at all and peeling has started on the second day itself.
Walked out of the nail salon at 6.20pm.
One extra star as I was charged $5 less for the time wasted.
The lady was lovely though, maybe just a bad/busy day.
