β β β β β I have simultaneously had bad experiences at the Silvermoon Queensgate store. Two of their staff are extremely dismissive, lack knowledge of how to do their jobs and seemingly lack basic customer service skills. I took my double-barred Stolen Girlfriends Club ring in twice to get repaired. The first time it was replaced with a ring that was also faulty, and immediately had to be replaced for a second time after I waited weeks for it to arrive in the first place. The third replacement ring I received was better but snapped again after a few months. Upon taking the ring in again, I was met with a girl that didn't know how to do a basic exchange or refund and was therefore turned away as she was not willing to help me at all. As this was the third of the same ring, I assume there is a clear fault in the rings design- one that can hardly be argued about with a customer. I gave it a few weeks before returning to the store and was met with a lady that couldn't even find my receipt in their database. After waiting for another staff member to resolve this issue, it was found and the ring was sent off to be repaired, once again, and they explained they could not give me a credit or anything even though I was/ am not happy with the quality of this ring. When the replacement came in I was called by a staff member named Julie-Ann (I think) and she had an extremely rude phone manner, and ended the call saying 'this is the last time' that they would replace this faulty ring. Appalling and disappointing overall experience. This is especially upsetting as I used to work at Silvermoon in Wellington and we would never have treated our customers like this.

β β β β β I was served by Julie-Ann and Brianna(?). I was impressed with their knowledge and friendly service. They were extremely helpful to me with the purchases. I would highly recommend them (and the store) to anyone.

β β β β β I bought this watch today. I thought 50% is a big discount. But when I got this back home. I saw lots of scratches on this watch. Unbelievable I bought a second-hands here. If someone told me this is a second hands watch. I rather than to pay the full price to get a new one.

β β β β β I love silvermoon but the one in Queensgate has the worst customer service. The fat lady at the counter was so rude didn't even let me get a new piece of the jewellery I was buying and when I asked her to pack in a jewellery box she told I have to pay extra to get a box. First ever place that asks you to buy a box ? lol. Will never go to the place. The fat lady is worst wanted me to pay first even before finding the box for me.
