★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parents approached staff calmly ands respectfully about their worries with their daughter and her change in behaviour since starting at this daycare. The staff quite literally LAUGHED in their faces and gaslighted the parents. Such poor service and absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff. Not to mention the child who was SCARED to come to this daycare. 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT, DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This establishment should be CLOSED!!!!! Disgusting treatment of children by the 'carers'. A teacher herself witnessed a carer DRAG A CHILD BY THEIR HAIR to pick up a toy he had dropped. Makes me wonder what they are doing to the other children. 10/10 would not recommend to loving parents who are thinking of taking their kids here! They'll only be traumatised by their experience at this horrible day care at a very young age. Don't do that to your kids.
