★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed . Writing this once I got off the fone. The lady at the desk was rude when I asked if there any Female Doctors rostered on...I could tell by the tone of her voice she thinks that I stupid or dump...and she keeps repeating the same questions..I asked if she can put me down on the queue for 4pm she told me just to walk in and the her tone of voice was so rude. The queue is so horrible even if it's just 3-4 people there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I've come here, and I can not believe the ridiculous waiting time. I'm writing this as I wait to get a prescription NOT TO SEE A DOCTOR. When I arrived there were only 5 other people waiting and 2 Doctors available. I came in at 10:10 am it is now 11:38am. All I need is a doctor to sign off on a prescription and I'll be on my merry way, but NO! This is crazy. I will not suggest this clinic to any one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO HERE!!! ZERO STARS!! Ridiculous waiting times....took my poor old dad to the doctors. Had to wait more than 2.5 hours!!!!! Even then we didn't get seen by the doc and the receptionist tells us he will be going out for lunch at 3. Even though we saw him pop into the staff room while we were in the waiting room
I couldn't waste more time or money on such sub standard service. Took my money back and walked out. Thank you very much. I'd rather spend more money somewhere else and be seen on time
Will never be going there again.

We were then told to wait again for a room (when we had been promised the room we were previously in) so the injection could be given immediately.. we waited for a very long time unnecessarily...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today i had really bad kidney pain ( can’t control it). I paid the emergency fees. I can’t stand so my friends were there to talk to reception that he is in very bad condition like he is in so much pain . But they don’t care i have to wait 2.5 hours . They was keep saying you have to wait(even i waited 2 hours).Then i met doctor he said all is nurse fault . Very very bad service . I was actually crying and regretted to went there . I been to doctors 3 times in last 7 years in same condition but this was the worst experience . Just imagine you are in so much pain(10 out of 10) but they don’t care even i paid more fees. Just check on internet how really bad is kidney pain.
I am reviewing this may not happen this with anyone .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Take these painkillers and come back if it doesn't get better" Are you serious? I explained it has gotten worse and that's how I get diagnosed? Come back when it gets even worse! Worse to the point I can't walk at all?
Taking me and my family elsewhere from now on. "Why do we always have to wait for the worst to happen to get properly treated?" Not good enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a booster shot for 3pm, went in to be told that the lady who does the shots had actually gone out to do deliveries and was told to leave my number in which they will call me back when she gets back in an hour! It’s been way over an hour and still no call! Unprofessional and unorganised!!! Wish I could give them ZERO!!!
