★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son had vaccine appointment on Aug 27, 1st dose. Arrived on time and was greeted by helpful staff at carpark entrance briefing me key info. Then went on to drive-thru station 1 and greeted by a friendly staff checking necessary details for the vax. Station 2 went well with the jab. Third and last stop was the 15-min wait, again the staff was friendly and directed me to the parking lot, explained what symptoms to look out for.
In short, it was a smooth and well-run drive-thru vaccination operations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called this place to make an appointment. Reception is rude and in a hurry. Only giving me one time slot which is in middle of the day and not really care if I can make it. Just want to get it done with. I can understand they can be busy. But it’s not excuse to do your job like this.

Doctor prescript a discontinued medication. phoned reception to give feedback to doctor but no follow up is given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. My 7 year old injured his leg. We are enrolled at Botany junction medical but were referred here. The doctor who attended us just referred us to east care medical botany for X-ray. Didn’t even sent all the documents over. Was told that ormiston medical has an X-ray service as well. Don’t really know whats the point of seeing them when I had to wait Another 3 hours at east care medical to see a doctor and have X-ray done for my son. Never recommend them. Stop wasting your time booking here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give ZERO STAR if there is an option. Our family are transferred from Sommerville Surgery when they combined the business. After the transfer, we are facing horrible experiences. We have feeling that all they care is Money, Money and Money. The reception and the nurse are very rude, and they try to charge everything they did without even let us know. They call us for normal test result in 1 mins and charge for full fee (we aren't expected to call us for normal result). I've paid 2 regular fee for one reference letter, and they didn't get it right. The nurse is asking me to pay another fee to fix it. When I complain about this, the nurse said I can go anywhere else to do it if not happy to pay for it. Very F rude. They are charge a lot of things used to be free in Sommerville surgery. We are going to transfer out our entire family. And anyone see this should avoid this clinic.

Walked in to sign up and make a booking and the first question I was asked by the receptionist was what kind of Visa I have???
I was in pain and really in need of assistance. Honestly lost for words, how do you expect your patients to feel safe and in the right hands when you have no care or empathy for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO STAR - I wanted to book an appointment today but the receptionist on the phone was very rude, not helpful at all. 3 times she tried to hang up the phone and finish our conversation without asking if I have any other question. I understand they are pretty busy right now but I've been on hold for an hour just to speak to someone on how to enrol and get an appointment in their clinic. I will never enquire to this clinic again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge regrets moving. Sometimes i let give people chances, but the way receptionists deal with people is so unprofessional. Today i dealt with someone who just wanted the conversation over while I was trying to book an appointment (Health is important). I understand the busyness i too am admin but to shut people up and say yeah yeah just to get through phone calls is a no. Have huge regrets moving doctors now.
