โ โ โ โ โ If I could give 0 stars I would. Rented off these guys for two years to always be treated like a lower class citizen. The female property managers are particularly rude and abrupt. Never fixed anything I asked for without me hounding them for weeks and fobbed me off when I asked for a reference to say Iโd always been a good tenant who paid on time and looked after the property. Good tenants deserve better treatment and Lodge should be ashamed of themselves for behaving the way they do. Very disappointed.

โ โ โ โ โ Not a nice company to deal with property manager kept changing without telling us we would only find out weeks later, had a property manager walk into our apartment at 6pm un announced to clean up a broken meth pipe we complained about that was in the hall out of our apartment not inside. Quick to reply to emails when they need something, take days when you need something.

โ โ โ โ โ Have rented numerous properties through Lodge for the last 15years. Have never had any problems, they have been very responsive when something needs fixing, understanding when needed, awesome to communicate with, and have looked after me well. We have recently upgraded to a bigger property which is also through Lodge. Transition from property to property has always been smoothe and have been lucky to have such caring property managers.

โ โ โ โ โ 30 years of renting and sadly it's gone so down hill in those years.
Noel Guthrie was the best thing Lodge had. Unfortunately since his retirement the lack of kindness and compassion in this company has gone. Seems all they care about is getting that BOND money, they give you the key and that's really it.
My wee family was in a house with such bad 'Black Mould' that was making us sick. Finally after many concerns a team was called to deal with it and they were SHOCKED!! Sadly medical costs caused by a very sick house is on you ?

If you want to try, try Zack. If you want to find him, the best way is to complain. Otherwise, he wonโt reply you forever.
