★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brendon was such a big help with finding my first home. As a single woman in my 20s with no family members in town to help me out with decision making, I was pretty lost in the process before Brendon came along with great advice and endless patience.
I was wasting heaps of time looking at open homes and feeling no closer to finding the right house before I got in touch with Brendon. Once he started helping me, his insight into the market and properties available meant that I was able to cut down viewings to only houses that were good possibilities for me.
We got off to a false start with an inspection of the first house I offered for revealing some surprises but he helped me navigate my options for that process which helped me get to an informed decision on how to proceed. When I decided to look for another place, he kept progress going and I fairly quickly found another house that was great for me.
The offer process felt a lot less scary than it would have been without Brendon in my corner offering information about the steps and his insight.
Overall, would absolutely recommend engaging Brendon's support if you are looking to buy a house in Hamilton.
