★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there this morning looking for a nice coffee and scone. Coffee was luke warm and we paid for 4 scones and only received 3 when checking the bag after we left. Scones were rock hard, dry, overcooked and not heated and didn’t provide butter with it. Not too impressed and would not go again.

When I asked for eggs Benedict my favourite plus mushrooms on the side was a bit annoyed a huge mushroom was placed under my eggs instead if what I asked for a bowl of mushrooms on the side of all the eateries we have been in Wellington and or Gisborne this was not good...
I am a foodie appreciation of great food and service is a must in my book

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place and good food. Nice, friendly staff. The fried chickpea and pesto salad was delicious. However the squid came sprinkled with seaweed and the menu didn't mentioned it. That should be optional, it's a very strong flavour and not everyone likes that.
