They listen and are consistently good. Hot towels a lovely cuppa and the massage chair complete the experience. Indeed the salon and staff "shine"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ April has looked after my hair for 12 years and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her knowledge, expertise and care of all things hair-related is par excellence. A visit to Shine is always great - a welcoming team, beautiful surroundings, great coffee (and chocolate fish!). I have never walked out of Shine feeling anything less than very happy with my hair!

I have looooong blonde hair, I like it to look as natural as possible and often get it highlighted or balayaged each year depending on the season. I am so in love with my new cut and colour.
It’s hard to get that perfect blonde but Jade at Shine ✨ listened to what I wanted and not only did she make it happen, she exceeded all of my expectations and it was better than any hair colouring I’ve ever had.
I walked out of there feeling totally natural and it’s soooo soft and shiny.
Never thought I’d say that I can’t wait for the regrowth so that I can return, and have another exceptional hair colour experience.
So happy. Thank you Jade??
