LoMein - Te Aro
I've been coming here for lunch for quite some time now, and it is consistently good. They have been closed over the Christmas period, so I got my noodle salad fix elsewhere (BFG, Capital Markets) and it was such a disappointment in comparison. I think what LoMein does really well is the sauces - they are packed with flavour and have very little oil. My go to is BBQ Pork Noodle Salad with ginger spring onion+honey soy+a little bit of sichuan. Yum. I recommend giving them a try, particularly if you usually go to a different noodle salad joint.
