β β β β β Decent variety of food - Ethiopian, Morrocan, Indian, Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese etc and there are options for vegans and vegetarians too! My recommendations would be the House of Dumplings stall (you can also buy schezwan chilli oil bottles); Chaiwala for Masala chai and Indian snacks (pakoras etc); and the Garuda Food Truck for some tasty Mee Goreng and finally, head to the waffle store to finish it off!
Also, note that the Friday night market is fairly small, I'd suggest going to the Saturday market instead - unless you don't mind going twice - there's always something going on at Cuba St, like the pictured unicycle juggling act by Basketball Jones. :)
