★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed with the customer service that I have experienced with LV staff new market yesterday. I have been there a several times also LV queen st but yesterday I felt not happy.
I have received a LV belt as a present from my friends 3 months ago. The buckle was broken so I brought it back to the store. One of staff member who served me was not too keen on my situation and she blamed on me for the belt broken. She said I should pull the belt so hard to break it. Omg, seriously if you don’t pull the bell how do you can take it off??? And good customer service staff should never blame on clients even though it was clients mistake I tell you. Instead of asking my details to look on LV system if I were an existing client she asked me to fill out the details. Such wasting my time. I then told her the quickest way to find out my detail is ask my phone number and you can search on your systems. Then she said oh yes. No sorry or nothing! I don’t know her name but she is not a white or Asian. I have to come back in a few weeks time to get the buckle back. The fee was $204 to fix it. It is not free and why would you blame on clients for? I never want to shop at LV new market again. Have to go to the one in city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up some awesome sunnies! Finally newmarket has a LV store. Line could be annoying but just go early in the morning so don’t need to line up. Staff are professional and helpful and can order stock they don’t have if they can source it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s first time for me to buy from lv and totally disappointed. I was dressed average ( kinda not fancy or branded clothes but it doesn’t matter right as I have money to buy the things and that matters) . The guy probably is new not answered my all questions regarding the products. I can see the comparison b/w me and other customers. In addition the packaging of the product is not good. Before I forgot they gave me false info about the duty free so now m waiting to make it correct.
Overall not nice experience, I don’t think so I will go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have being a LV client for years and Newmarket store has disappointed me. Waited outside for over 30 mins, I saw other clients in the store and kids were running around. When at least 5 groups of people came out, they still not allowed us in. The sales I had today was also extremely unprofessional and cold. I initially wanted to buy a pairs of earrings and tried them on, as soon as I put down the earrings, the sales put them back straightway like I’ve been bothering her.
She also abandoned us and went to say hi to other clients she knows. She left my friend and I alone and we were like idiots standing there. She definitely ruined our mood to buy. Whenever I see her, I will request to change sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting at this store was not a good experience.we were happy to stand outside in the queue for 20 minutes due to COVID protocols that’s fine (understandable) but there was only one customer was inside the store and guy at the main gate even didn’t bother us to tell us how long we have to wait. So finally after 20 minutes left the store.
Not a person who likes to give that sort of rating but truly had bad experience. Just suggesting that if customers are coming to spend money at your store you should put some decent efforts to look after them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an awesome experience this weekend. It was my first time at LV and my husband surprised me with the visit! We were both dressed very casual but made no difference to them which was nice. The wait was around 20 minutes but I understand why - you are assigned a shop assistant and they take their time and don't rush you. We were served by Eric who was very helpful. Offered juice and water throughout. I purchased the Palm Springs backpack and a matching key tag to go on it which he recommended. Eric gave my husband a sample of a perfume which was cool. He also gave us his details for future visits. It was a fun and relaxing experience. Will definitely be back :)
