★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dylan and Krista (Christa?) served me at 5.30 on Tues 25th Feb in your Newmarket store and they were AWESOME! Really helpful and patient with my questions about men's fashion, and helpful with sale items and sizing. Super friendly and knowledgeable of stock. There were heaps of shirts and suits to chose from and prices were really reasonable. My husband and I will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were sent here by Sylvia Park Connors as the Newmarket branch were showing stock of the item we wanted. 2 trains later we arrived to find there was only one item but it was on hold. Being from out of town and heading home the next morning, we were disappointed. However, Erica, the shop assistant, who was the only person working that afternoon, went out of her way to help us, she was extremely helpful and we ended up getting the item in the end. A real asset to this shop. Thanks Erica ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought shoes for $50. After 2 weeks the fabric started to bubble on both shoes, after 3 weeks the shoe started to come apart. The top of the shoe came apart from the sole. After 4 to 5 weeks the bubbling started to rip and the holes got bigger. They have got to the point where it looks like a pair of shoes that are 3 years old. They never got wet, always kept out of the sun.
My $18 pair I got at cotton on are older and look brand new still.
Support completely ignored both my emails. When I called in I was told they would contact the manager. I still haven't been contacted.
The clothes are doing fine, but really disappointed in them for their lack of customer care and horrid shoe quality.
I have many pictures for anyone who needs proof.
