★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews. Quite a few seem to be done by staff or friends of staff. Unprofessional and not a great value for money at all. Can't speak to their lazer treatments but don't bother with skin treatments. They are quite far from being a "skin institute"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a man that’s not used to the whole Botox thing, I had a very comforting experience. I felt things were very professional, very clean and the team explained the procedure to me well. Chantelle booked everything and even informed me of a sooner treatment. Briar was excellent and reassured me, as I was nervous. I can recommend the whole team and the whole store experience. A well run business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very warm and inviting team of ladies. You receive the VIP treatment from the moment you walk in the door. Treatment rooms are extremely clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The Nurses are knowledgeable and friendly, whilst still maintaining a high level of professionalism. I will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, not to mention how beautiful the store is. All the nurses there are very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do and make the whole experience easy as you know you’re in safe hands. They are also open and non judgmental to any questions you may have. Would highly recommend going to them or even booking in a consultation if you’re interested or considering filler or Botox especially!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not quite sold on this place. I took advantage of the discounted facial and spent $200 on the product suggested for me. I contacted to inform I didn't think the product was suitable for me after 3 weeks of using as nothing had seemed to change and my skin actually broke out in places it never has before. I was booked in for like a five minute follow up appointment straight away which is good. The follow up seemed somewhat satisfactory but I have an issue with the poor welcome and goodbye from the receptionist. It just wasn't that wonderful all American how are you good to see you kind of welcome or thank you for coming in, great to see you kind of good bye. It came across as why are you complaining about the product now its been three weeks or your just looking for a refund or maybe if I looked like a well to do lady from Remurea I might have got a more warm reception. Not sure, it could be me but I probably wouldn't be writing this if I thought I was wrong.
