β β β β β I've had my hair permanently straightened at Smart Hair about 1.5 years ago and my roots re-done twice and it is fantastic! Friendly staff that provide an excellent service. I would recommend this service at Smart Hair to anyone like me who's battled with untamable, frizzy hair. It makes it so easy to manage. Staff are knowledgable, deliver top notch quality , 10/10!

β β β β β Absolutely love coming here, I have been going here for about 7years to see Ning, to get waxing done, eyebrows, legs, brazilian, you name it; the service is always amazing and everyone is very professional.
Not only do I go for waxing, but I also have had my hair done here also, this time with a gorgeous PLUM colour, Ning used matrix range for a long lasting colour, and a keratincomplex finish for silky, shiny and smooth hair!!!
Highly recommend this place

β β β β β The lady I had kept waxing in the same spot which resulted in a ton of blood vessels breaking and now it looks like I have been kicked there.
She missed a ton of hair despite me saying I wanted everything gone and it didn't really seem like she knew the correct direction to wax in.

β β β β β It's not the most glamorous salon, but I've always loved their cuts and service. Never had no hair colored there, but I do recommend them if you want a great cut without the huge price tag.

β β β β β I worked as a hairdresser for 20 years. I'm no longer one and when I first moved to Auckland I discovered Eric by chance when I needed a Fringe trim. I could tell straight away he was a fantastic cutter and I've been going ever since. I'd say he is the best hair cutter I've been to and as a bonus it's super reasonable pricing. I highly recommend for cuts and also eyebrow maintenance at this place. I've never had a colour here but I can't imagine they wouldn't be great at that also

β β β β β I had my haircut from Eric and highlights done by Ning and her staff last Monday, they were very lovely, went through each process step by step and let me know what they were doing and why.. it was a long wait after the bleach even the staff asked if I was okay or needed any drinks or so.. hair cut was exactly how I wanted.. they are my new favorite place for hair now and I have been recommending all my friends and family there whoever asks for a good hair saloon.
