★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff too busy chatting and leaning on counter to help shop with lots of customers. Did manage to serve us as well as carry on her conversation to the staff member standing at counter also. The customer after me didnt get spoken to while I was there as she was still chatting to other staff member. Used to have friendly helpful staff. Not today :(

The other staff member was fantastic and very attentive whilst organising my daughter's ear piercing and I was very impressed by her professionalism.
Definitely recommend for piercing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there twice. First time I went, the staff were too busy talking to each other. They just looked at me and didn't even say hi. Second time I went there, it was only me in the shop and 1 staff. She didn't even said hi. Just looked at me. I went to the counter to pay for the items. She still didn't say hi . Just scanned the items and said the price, I made the payment. She didn't say thank you. So I just didn't say anything. So unfriendly staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this shop for its range of jewelry. Only go for the multibuys as the shine doesn't last long...quality not very good but is definitely worth what you pay on the 5 for $12 or whatever special is going at the time
