I normall receive good customer service from the staff but there was one staff in particular with blonde hair who was rude and didnt even wrap the jewellery properly and did not give it to me but instead left it on the table staring at me... Did not say thank you for shopping with us or anything??? Ive never had this kind of customer service in my life

The shop is very nice and has lots of jewelry choices however the staff are just ridiculously fake friendly.
Firstly they have tagged sale price without clear indication on sale items or sections.
Certain section says 70% off or so but the items are charged full price. Or it says $4.00 but not all items are..
Secondly the sale price says one amount while the sales girls say another....
Eg a section says 5for $12.50.. and sales girls say to Certain people only its 5 for $10...
Why can't the tag be changed.
Under this misguided tags we bought stuff to find out "oh this is on full price, this is not on so %,off...obviously we returned some of it while the sales girl had that disgusted look on her face.
And surprise we were charged for 20 items but got 16 only.
Next day we were treated very cheaply and asked questions as if we were that desperate to get freebies.
It wasn't about being hard up for cheap earrings but about the attitude of the sale girls..
If you are shopping in Lovisa please do check your purchase and prices you are charged for...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love your store! And always shop with you. Just one thing I would like to bring to your attention. This evening I confronted and stopped a shoplifter. This seems to be the norm, even for our own store and it is frustrating! My concern is for your staff. The young lady was super calm and helped me by telling him he needed to leave, but he was getting aggressive towards the end. Is there a system in place to protect your staff from unwanted/aggressive thieves?

She was knowledgeable about the products on the website and this really helped me narrow down my choices. The brand is value for money and great for a quick pick me up. This time though, I was really impressed by the service I received! Great job ?
