★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drop my watch to the store for repair on April, received an update email in the week saying it’s been sent out.
After 6 weeks no updates, no time frame, no estimate delivery date.
Every time I call to follow up the answer is always “it’s been sent out” which is exactly the same thing in the email I received since week one.
Have just called today, still no updates, no timeframe, and same answer “ it’s been sent out, need to check, will get back to you”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cythia from the queen street store was exceptionally helpful. She stayed on to help us even though it was after her working hours. Couldn’t ask for anything more. The other staff were meticulous too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my faulty scratched Gucci watch back to be fixed… told the parts wouldn’t be ready for 6 months so I could have my watch back until the part is ready… I was told to come and pick the watch up in store, it wasn’t there. They told me they would post it to me. Iv rang and been told the same thing 4 times now over 3 months… I still haven’t got my watch back. Very sad but some of the worst service Iv ever experienced…
