★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is ONE active case of COVID in NZ and they expect us to line up outside in the wind and rain to be ‘invited’ in! Don’t they realize it is our money that we want to spend in their shop which pays for their mortgages and rents??? Every other business in Mount Maunganui is so grateful for our custom! Now on my way to Under Armour to get 3 pairs of tights

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome new shop on Mount main street. Both my Mum and Girlfriend can't complain about the new tights. Realistic quality active clothing for both men and woman. Loved the shops vibe with really helpful understanding staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been into this shop a few times over the last few weeks and haven't had a single positive experience from the staff. One time I asked a staff member a question, and midway through answering she cut off and started speaking with another customer (literally mid-sentence answering a question). She later could be seen on her mobile phone in the middle of the shop. Another time, I asked for a different size while in the changing rooms, and the staff member responded with "we probably don't have it if it's on sale" and started talking to someone else. Didn't offer to look or anything. I responded with "Right well I'll just go and look for myself" which she didn't acknowledge. Will be shopping online with Lulu in the future as I don't want to go back into this store when the service is embarrassingly bad. I also don't think I've ever been greeted when entering this store (though people before me and after me always are).

I'm very happy with the leggings i eventually brought, but prob wouldn't go back cos of the service.
