★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience ever having my beard and hair cut at this ammature salon. So upset with the abortion I was dished on my face and hair line...
I went in with 5/6 weeks worth of serious beard hair to have it totally butchered in no form or style what so ever by people who clearly have NO idea about beard trimming.
I have my beard done most weeks when I am at home and never have I seen such a rushed, unthoughtful & frankly disgusting job. It took no more than 10 minutes for the owner of the place to gauge into it with clippers with no clip on! Within in seconds the fade id requested was lost on the floor in all my hair, the lines were all over the show and the back of my head line has been raised 1inch from where it was! AMATURE!
I had to brush all the hair off myself and remind her she had forgot the other side of my neck (she had actually forgotten half the job ffs!)
This place should not be aloud to be advertising for stuff they simply have no concept on how to do.
I'm home to NZ for a break and now look like someone has attacked me with clippers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start,im absolutly gutted and gobsmacked at the moment i am in tears and i actually cant believe that this has happend today.I went in for a hair cut which i have been in 4 times previous with simon and another hairdresser and was happy with the result.i go in today and i get the owner and i gave her clear instructions of the cut and of my hair type and i have walked out with a hat on because it has been the worst cut in my life and i have had my hair cut many times before.i have never felt that i have had to give a review or even complain about anything like this before.my hair has been hacked not cut but hacked so bad that i have had to get a professional in and even he couldnt do much to fix it (it was so bad) but he done what he could. I will be going in to voice my opinion once again and make it clear that i am not happy at all with what has eventuated and i will be taking the matter further.I dont feel that this person who hacked at my hair should be allowed to practice anylonger. I am outraged,hurt and i am genuinly upset over this recent event.I DO NOT recommend this so-called barbershop/salon to ANYONE
