β β β β β A nice out of the way place .a few miles from the town of Riverton .peaceful countryside.and lovely views of the sea and Stewart Island.short walk down to the beach..cooking facilities are easy to deal with..if you love Horses they have a few in the paddocks..

β β β β β We spent two nights in this lodge. It features 4 bedrooms, one large common room with a modern and well equiped kitchen and one shared bathroom. The common room is very cosy and has a tv, a oven and even a guitar. The beds are VERY comfortable. Everything is very clean and in good shape. Surrounding area is covered with sheeps and horses and offers a magnificent view over the ocean. The hosts are amazingly nice and helpful! We felt very welcome and were sad to leave!

β β β β β Absolutely amazing experience. The place has an amazing location, close from beaches, supermarkets etc. Kitchen and bathroom is shared, there is a fireplace as well.
Free tea available but we would really appreciate if there were also free salt, pepper and cooking oil.
All house was super tidy, silence, beautiful views on the ocean and horses. Very friendly dogs (4) and polite and helpful owner.
Don't miss the opportunity to spent at least one night! ?

β β β β β I felt like I was at home, is just a perfect spot close to the ocean if you like surfing is a dream house, in a clear day you are able to see Stewart island and the host are easily the best I ever met on all my traveling.
lf you are in the area and they are not fully booked this place is a must.
Love it, wish to go back one day

β β β β β We stayed in this place that is nothing short of magnificent, immersed in the green grasslands and with a breathtaking sea view.
Freddie and Kathryn are incredible people!!!
They welcomed us warmly right away not to mention Molly, Merlin and Moss.?
