★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If anyone is looking for a dog trainer then this is the place to go. Don't bother with anyone else. I waited over 3 months to see other trainers who definitely didn't have as much care or passion. When I first contacted her she saw me that weekend. She taught me so much and it was obvious she had so much passion for what she does. She treated me like a good friend rather than a customer. She has offered me so much I can't thank her enough. The change in me and my dog is so noticeable I didn't think we would ever get to where we are. Amazing value for money too. Through her I have met so many wonderful people and have constant support. Everyone works together here and helps each other achieve their goals so that we can all continue training even outside of the classes.

Her experience and skill really shines through with the more difficult/reactive dogs and any one that has faced that knows how much of an investment in both your dog's and your own safety and happiness that really is. The ability to access the training in my own time online was also an incredible bonus. 11/10.

My partner and I have a beautiful but very head strong Rottweiler & at 18 months our boy was starting to show destructive behaviours that we couldn't get a handle on. We contacted Luzelle and she came to our aid immediately. Luzelle was extremely knowledgeable and passionate, and so kind. She got to know us and our dog, then developed training specifically to our needs. She was great at coming up with innovative ideas that made training fun and an absolute sucess! Since training with Luzelle we now have such a great relationship with our pup and the skills to confidently manage our dog in all situations,...at home, with visitors, at the park, at cafe's! After our initial consultation Luzelle immediately zoned in on the root cause of why Juno was lashing out and we put a realistic plan in place to work towards desired behaviors.
Under a month later Luzelle has taught us how to better communicate with our dog. Applying both a mixture of 1:1 and group classes has allowed us to work through specific issues and connect with others in similar situations.
We now have a far more relaxed and affectionate dog that we can enjoy being with. Looking forward to making more progress in the new year ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say about Luzelle and her training. A hundreds things which I should’ve been posting over the last 15 months. Social media is not a priority for me. Getting results from training our little man is. It is hard training any dog at any age. When they’re under 2 years it is imperative though. We all have busy lives and our furry babies need a lot of time which, as I’m sure you’ll agree, is an on going battle. We found putting Zeus in a crate hard because he barked a lot and we felt sorry for him and let him out or didn’t put him in there at all. However, we needed time to do stuff without him under our feet. With Luzelle’s support and knowledge we have achieved this. Thank you Luzelle!!
