About Us
Taekwon-Do is the Korean art of self defence and the world's most popluar martial art.
Lyall Bay TKD has a strong focus on all aspects of Taekwon Do, including fitness, sparring & self-defence while also having fun and meeting new people.
Instructor Duane Meek IV (4th Dan) has been training for over 20 years and has been involved in many events and tournaments during that time.
We have a special syllabus for younger children while also focussing on the needs of older children as well as adults in the senior class.
