★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff totally ignore customers who want to order only coffee to serve those wanting food. Witnessed a staff member struggling to deduct 24$ from 30$ in cash for 10min. Would recommend staying clear of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is yummy, we always go here for great food and coffee. The staff are friendly, fast and outstanding. Today (13.02.16) I spilled a milkshake over the floor and was mortified. The owner saw my distress and generously replaced it free of charge. Very, very grateful for her amazing kindness. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffies are okay but got a Tiramisu that was atleast 3 days old. I am a chef so definitely know it was old!!! It was hard and no taste at all!! Plus they always close early than their stated time, I visited 3-4times before 3pm still they were already closed and couldn't make coffies we wanted. Don't know why...Not recommended at all!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having a lovely Klum here here I shared and egg sandwich with my mother which was really fresh and very nice. To top off with a shortbread cookie which is excellent. The coffee also makes the grade of my fastidiousness. To top off the staff are very nice nad helpful. Tables are kept clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, I got a cappuccino that was almost boiling hot, milk was way overdone and they seem to think serving old dry food is acceptable.
This was on my way home, walking back from the hospital so it felt pretty depressing, so I just left the "food" on the table and continued walking back home.
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a caramel frappe and chocolate brownie. Food is delish but what stuck out for me more was the customer service. All 3 beautiful wahine served me and patient whilst waiting for me to decide on what I was having. Would recommend to all visiting rotorua ❤
