★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately not great customer service. Three young girls came to the counter to talk to one of the two staff at the counter and none of them made eye contact or offered to serve the line of customers waiting.
Only one staff member smiled and said goodbye when we were leaving the store. The young girl who served me said hi and then nothing more even as she offered me my purchase and I smiled and said thanks. Very sad young girls working today :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. I went in a while ago now and a young, inexperienced staff member was in the changing rooms chatting with her friends. I waited for a while, made sure she knew I was there. After still waiting I helped myself to a changing room. I was in a rush and she wasn’t wrapping up her conversation with her friends . I closed the curtain behind me. Soon after she ripped the curtain open without announcing or asking if someone was in there. I was exposed to her and other customers. I covered myself up and tucked myself into the corner of the changing room. She then told me off for not telling her I was in a changing room. I was completely humiliated. She then finally closed the curtain and was unapologetic. I quickly dressed myself and left. Totally unprofessional. I was so humiliated it took someone convincing me to write a review to come out with it. I hope no one has this experience at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt unwelcome. Not greeted ...ignored as workers chatted about diets and some boy I could tell you more as I stood there waiting for them to stop talking they did not. I wanted to try on clothes but rooms were full of others unwanted items. There was no one else in the store but me and 4 workers and not one of them looked my way as I stood in front of the changing rooms. Trying to find one that didn't have others clothes in. This is the rudest store I have ever been in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service. The girls working were very rude and standoffish, making me and my friends feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. They hover over the changing rooms as if you're some criminal and completely ignore customers to the extent where people were standing around waiting to be let in to a changing room. I have had great experiences as Glassons before and I'm in love with their clothes, but this was very disappointing. When going to pay I had to wait for them to finish their conversation and when I greeted them with a smile and said "hello". I was met with utter blankness and judgement :( Would be a great store if the staff weren't so damn awful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely suited for smaller sizes, good luck finding a size bigger than 10 without have to ask a worker to check in the back. Makes you feel bad when there clothes dont suit you because they are not made for medium or large body types. Clothes are also badly made, often thin and will fray.
