★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location on Queen Street, well laid out merchandise and good access through wide aisles. Not the largest range of products as carries mostly Macpac products. Quality is pretty good but really want to shop when goods are on sale, as pretty pricey. Staff friendly and helpful, we're able to suggest products in the store, so reasonably knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately bad experience and total loss of confident on the shop MACPAC QUEEN STREET, manager is hopeless and even customer care support would argue they are on the right side although I appreciate offering a refund but we don't need this we want good customer service to the public, they expect you to buy the item for demonstrations purposes by showing you how the item work! admittedly this persons - Asian girl, skinny guy and a middle eastern woman (I think) who appears to be the manager? admittedly looks like do not want to be working in the shop and no enthusiasm to sell - in short this guys appears that they do not want to be in the store hence why work without the vibe and friendliness to people coming to the store! Definitely do not recommend. Perhaps this is why I always go to Kathmandu excellent customer services wherever your location, I think this is how they trained people. Disappointedly Macpac is a NZ product with lacking of customer services. I hope that further training is given.
