★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I learnt today after an email not replied to that the purchase I made cannot be exchanged, I was told at the time of purchase that this would not be an issue even though I live in another country. I was also told that the sizing is generous. So disappointed that the gift that I was so excited to give is useless. I guess it is a lesson learnt but feel I need to inform others so they are not cheated of their hard earned income, it's not every day I splurge like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service here was so atrocious. The two ladies in store were very rude and stood by the till gossiping about customers. They were very unhelpful when I tried to ask for help, and carried on their conversation while I stood there.
