★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 4 stars are solely for the food! Surprisingly delicious. The decor is not my cup of tea and made me hesitant about staying. That and the fact that it was empty with only two other customers sitting outside. Nevertheless, Collingwood is tiny and we could see most visitors across the road on buses ready to depart on the Farewell Spit tours. So we stayed as we were hungry! Glad we did, really enjoyed our meals ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep fighting the good fight! I've never been but the principles you uphold are admirable. You'd think after England has completely lifted their restrictions then others would follow. All the 1 star reviewers, get over yourselves and find a hobby. Find something to build up, not something to tear down.

Im sitting here, drooling over the food, yet completely dumbfounded by the ludicrous reviews preaching and policing public health safety while they spit in the faces of everyday people because of ones private health status. Get over yourselves, go join a coffee club and cry about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had the venison burger, the fish and chips and a couple of coffees. The food was excellent and the service amazing. There is plenty of room inside and out of the cafe so you can choose your own space.
If you want to support a cafe with lovely people and lovely food then you should check it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a couple of rainy days, we stopped in the lovely MAD Cafe and spend pretty much the entire Sunday there. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner , plenty of hot drinks and beautiful conversations filled our day with joy.
Highly recommend if u looking for food made with love and you wanna escape from the madness out in the world
