★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a huge fan of your food. I have been supporting you guys almost weekly for the past six months. Sadly, I have become a bit frustrated with going out of my way to eat at MadMex and finding it constantly closed. Three days in a row, when the hours listed online said you would be closing at 5:30, I found locked up at 4:45. I thought I'd have better luck at the Willis st location on a Friday, when you supposedly close at 8pm, only to find a closed restaurant at half six. Please update your hours to save fans like us relentless disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady was rude, portion for 16 dollars was not it. You have to pay 1 extra dollar for BEEF and you have to pay 2 extra dollars for A TINY bit of guacamole. Not comming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're going to order the naked burrito, don't bother. It's half full at best and I could see the bottom of the container before I even started eating. Spicy Chicken with the spiciest sauce is not very spicy at all and the replacement fries I received because they did not have any poppers was really empty compared the the regular order of fries I received. (Both were soggy and undercooked). It was disappointing all around, I felt unwelcome and a bit stupid when I came to ask for my order, as it seemed like no one wanted to serve me despite being the only customer, it felt like the staff were laughing at me. I will not come back, there are plenty of other far better Mexican fast food options within 200m. Hard pass from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and healthy lunch option! Friendly staff, fast turnover for table but almost always full unless get in before 11.45 for lunch. 3 bases to choose from that goes with any flavours on top. It's a more advanced version of Subway. Super tasty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A below average imitation of Mexican food without the authentic flavours. They need to learn to drain the lettuce. Nobody likes a dripping wet burrito that falls apart. The service is also quite poor. The staff need customer service training.
