Devoted to sushi since 1993
In 1993 St Pierre's formed an alliance with one of Japans largest food exporters, The Tokyo Mutual Trading Company. They had been the pioneers of Japanese food in the USA.
They provided superior cooking condiments and expertise to St Pierre's. From that time St Pierre's started to import all its own products used for making sushi from Japan, to make the most delicious sushi possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an incredibly hard day and the only thing I felt like eating was sushi. As I walked in to the Lambton quay st pierres I was instantly greeted by smiles and a welcoming “what can I get you?” Her name was Nina and she was an actual god send. I tried to tip her but she refused. She made me my favourite sushi and I ate dinner when I thought I wasn’t going to. Incredible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ St pierries should seriously reconsider who they are hiring. I ordered my sushi as they did not have it on display and the man at the counter serving me, abruptly rolled his eyes and marched around the counter to check if i was lying
! How disrespectful! He then charged me the wrong amount and when i corrected him he rolled his eyes once again! When my food was finally ready i toke a bite and realized it was the wrong food! i took it back and the man didn’t disappoint yet ANOTHER eye role this is so unacceptable ? very disappointed st pierre’s?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just paid for a large chicken katsu at the new increased prices. Got back and realised they gave me a regular so I paid for large got regular with the new inflated prices. I will not be back.

This shop has a completely different taste compared to its neighbouring affiliated shops.
The rice was not as good and the sauce was less tasty.
I would recommend another shop nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for mask exemption which I happily showed them - insisted it had to have my name on it which I am aware isn’t possible. Will not be supporting a business that discriminates. Won’t support a franchise sushi business again especially St Pierre’s. Support your local small businesses in times like these. Happily went down the road to a small sushi bar and spent $30 with no mask required :)
