★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very biased bad customer service that I encountered more than three times.
Went there today (16/09/2021 ) to pick up an order that my wife made; the oder was two pieces of lamb leg (2kg each)...
I gave my order number to the philippino woman and she said.... Oohhhh wait, still not ready...
A few minutes later she gave to me the order. After she gave to me and turned away, the meat seemed to me to small to be 4kg... I called her and asked her that this doesn't seem to be 4kg, she said I'll go and ask... After around 20 minutes waiting in my car just in front of the shop while serving other customers she said to me 'just wait'....
After waiting another 15 minutes she brought another 2kg...
No apologies.... No explanation....
Bare meat without proper bag ... 4kg meat...
I can see a lot of other customers taking their orders in a proper bag Even if their orders seems to be much smaller than mine in size...
Even the receipt if full blood all over...
I have taken a few pics of the staffs in side Al least 4-5 of them standing next to each other with no mask no social distancing..
I can see that they are from different backgrounds Arabs, Indians, Philippino (not one bubble)...
I wouldn't recommend any one to go there unless you are a friend of one of them....
They always happy to serve only the people they know....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not my usual but given them a go after getting recommendation. Mostly flat rib cuts came in goat with less meat and more bones, it was supposed to be curry cuts. A teenager was serving. Looked like a family owned business but they should have trained people at front.

It was used to be good, however nowadays when you order the meat on the display, they pack it from the back freezer room and provide very poor quality meat that is full of fat and not as good as the display. This has happened more then 4 times now and I am not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opening hours in the google says its open till 7.30pm on a Sunday but on the door at the entrance says 5.30pm closed. I was at the shop between 6.15pm to 6.30pm not seeing the close of time as the doors were opening and shop was still serving. I picked up the two whole frozen chicken and asked if they can cut it, the reply I got was very rude and I tried to explain my point that I didn't know if they closed before as I followed the Google time. While talking and explaining that they should change the opening times for online followers so we won't have any confusion, at that point the cashier took of his mask to talk to me did not follow any covid guidelines at that momment, meanwhile one guy came up to me and pushed me out and he was very threatening saying something as if he wanted to put a knife through me. I kept telling him not to touch me but he kept repeating Allah and pushing me out the door. So I went to the butcher around the corner and got my meat from there with no hassle which is continental meats. And then now madinah halal meats has changed the Sunday time to 6.30 closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of late the quality of meat has gone down,im a regular shopper and i find meat has big strips of fat,they are not displaying any pricing,you can wait there for service and the guys will not approach to serve you.
