★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order online around 12.53pm to be picked up at 1pm for chicken and chips. Got there on time firstly no one was in store staff was next door shopping no apologies what so ever for leaving the store unattended. The staff there doesn't know anything about the online order says we are not trained for that. And calling people on phone talking said she will talk to the boss. Several calls and going in and out of shop 5x. She didn't give me my order regardless of me having the 4 digit code for my online order. Felt embarrassed as if I was asking for free food. She kept serving other people and kept giving me weird looks. More than 10 customers entered the shop and left the shop not like they ran out of chicken there was 2 trays full of chicken displayed. I came into my car called 6x then she answered and said she's busy and just left the phone unattended. Then 5 calls later she answered again she's like I don't know about any online order my boss knows we staffs don't know. So I said why do you have the online platform to allow people to order and to transfer my call to the boss but she just disconnected the call. 50mins of my time wasted waiting plus my travelling and my money. I am not even sure if my money will be refunded. As they haven't contacted me since an hour of my order. Please be professional. Atleast provide for the money which you have taken off my account. But after this incident please refund my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yuk. Chicken was greasy. Portions were small. Chicken and the coating/batter had no seasoning. No crunchy batter. What a joke to fried chicken. Only good thing: decent location, loads of parking, other shops to visit on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in yesterday 11/06 had to wait 10 minutes at the counter no customers in-line. Old lady at the back kitchen just stared at me. They wouldn’t take my order as they had a large catering order , I did say I was happy to wait 45 minutes wait time. Maybe have a closed sign at the door if you are not going to serve customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to eat a curry so bad being a cold winter Thursday evening. Ordered a large lamb curry. $22.00. No problems. EFTPOS please. Tried first time, communication error. Second time same result. Third time, same. The lady tells me the eftpos has been playing up, and did I have cash. I said no. She said it’s only $22. I said yeah but I don’t carry cash. Who does nowadays? She then tells me to go next door to the butcher and get some cash out!!??? I said hell no, it’s a butcher not an ATM!!! I told them their service SUCKED and walked out. Close your shop, guys or improve your service. FFS!!!

They need more workers the owner or manager Indian lady always looking like she’s in a rush doing everything herself and a very old lady working was helping doesn’t even know how to use the tills and very slow (must be her mother or family) . I got chicken first time it was cold and hard feels like it was sitting there for along time, next time I got chopsuey they were in a rush and didn’t even bother to cook the carrots AT ALL! Jus chucked them in there. LONG LONG WAITS I waited for over half an hour for chicken and chips and chops suey, when there was only one person ahead of me and when I go I always see others getting frustrated from waiting so long!! Customer service not good aswel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience, ordered food for takeaway while waiting in car, my 3 year old needed to go toilet badly, so ran him in and was told rudely "no covid". I understand the whole covid thing but atleast could of spoke with some respect no apology. so I ran outside and walked to the next door THE FOOD KITCHEN, the lady there was so nice, didn't even have to explain just said is there a public toilet where i can take my son (as i am from Hamilton and was not familiar with the place) she said yes go. I didn't even buy anything from there which I regret. Never going back to CHEEKY CHICKEN again very bad customer service skills. Not trying to act entitled but it's a little child that needed to actually go toilet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food = awful. I ordered chicken & chips, and the chicken contained no seasoning except flour and salt. Just because it’s ‘fried chicken’ doesn't mean you just fry it. Also, the chicken had a weird smell and chips were hard. If you want happy customers, I recommend putting some effort into the services you provide.
